Thank
you for logging on to
the website of Nettles Badminton and Social Club. The club was formed
in 1986
by people who wanted more out of life than big hair and leg-warmers. We
have
now grown to over 35 members and are always looking to make new friends.
Badminton
Club Night
Our
club night takes place
every week throughout the year from 7.00pm-9.30pm on Tuesdays at Sale
High
School. We also enter three teams in a local league - the South
Manchester
Badminton League - with matches played during the autumn and winter.
Social Events
As well
as its sporty side, the
club has a lively
social calendar with
recent events including action-packed paint-balling, a visit to a
comedy
club and a more sedate Chinese banquet.
